My name is Pedro Sargento and I am a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist, with over 20 years of experience in training, health, and wellness.
I have a degree in Physical Education and Sports, a postgraduate degree in Gym and Health Club Management, a Master's degree in Exercise and Health, and a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching.
Since 2004, I have worked as a Personal Trainer, having worked over the years I have coordinated training teams, technical departments, and training areas at several gyms and health clubs.
I have been and continue to be the Technical Director, responsible for the quality of training and supervision of the PT teams I coordinate.
I currently work as the Club Manager and Technical Director at the health club where I work.
At the same time, I also dedicate myself to teaching and developing future exercise and sports management professionals, sharing my experience and technical knowledge with new generations.
